Typically 5–14 daysWe build on accounts registered to your business wherever possible and show you progress as we go, so you can steer early rather than wait for a big reveal. Adjustments within the agreed scope are part of the build. Anything new is quoted before we do it.
Revisions and scope changesFirst working version
Your 14-day window startsWhen there is something you can try yourself that does the main job (a chatbot answering from your content on a test page, live test calls to a voice agent, a workflow run on your data or a sample video), we email you that it is ready. The 14-day money-back window counts from the day after that email.
How the money-back guarantee worksLaunch and handover
After your approvalOnce you approve the final delivery, we put it live, check it in production and walk your team through it. You receive the documentation and admin control of the accounts in your name, and once you have paid in full, the deliverables we created for you are yours.

Typical ranges for a standard scope, not guarantees. Larger or multi-system builds are split into milestones. Your proposal sets your timeline, and it assumes access, content and feedback arrive on time.
What we need from you
- Someone who can make decisions on the scoping call, and one point of contact during the build.
- Access to the tools involved, ideally by inviting us as a user rather than sharing passwords.
- The material the system works from: FAQs, policies, price lists, documents or sample conversations. It does not need to be tidy.
- Accounts with the providers your system needs (AI model, telephony, WhatsApp Business, hosting) in your business’s name. We help you set them up.
- Feedback on demos without long gaps. The timeline in your proposal assumes it.
What you get at handover
- The working system, live on the website, phone line, inbox or other channels in scope.
- Documentation: what it does, how to update its content and what to check if something stops working.
- The prompts, workflows, configurations and code we created for you, yours once paid in full.
- Admin control of every account in your name, with our access removed when it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
- A walkthrough for your team and a summary of running costs showing where each one is billed.
