The engineers behind MiniAI Labs

Two engineers. Vijay K founded the studio and builds the AI agents, retrieval pipelines and automations. Karthick S is co-founder, a DevOps and site reliability engineer whose work is cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and the monitoring and incident response around them.

They come at the same systems from opposite ends. Vijay came to AI through operations and now builds agents, retrieval pipelines, voice agents and MLOps pipelines. Karthick spent four years on production banking systems, first in monitoring and incident handling, then in DevOps on CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform and observability.

Vijay works from Bengaluru and Karthick from Chennai, both in India. Work runs remotely, so the studio takes on projects from India, the United States, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.
