Questions about the call
Is the strategy call really free, and what is the catch?
It is free and there is no catch. The call is how both sides find out whether a project is worth doing at all. A written proposal follows only if you ask for one, and if a simpler tool would solve the problem, we will tell you so on the call.
Who will I be talking to on the call?
Vijay K, the founder of MiniAI Labs, who designs and builds the agents, retrieval pipelines and automations himself. There is no sales team in between, so a technical question gets a technical answer while you are still on the call.
Which time zone are the booking times shown in?
The calendar reads your device’s time zone and shows every time in it, with India Standard Time beside it because Vijay works from Bengaluru. You can switch zones above the list of times, and the Google invite then appears in your own calendar’s zone.
How do I reschedule or cancel a call I have booked?
Your confirmation email and each reminder carry a personal manage link. It shows the booking and lets you pick another free time or cancel, and Google sends the updated invite to everyone on the call. You can also email hello@miniailabs.in quoting your BK- reference.
What if none of the open times work for me?
Email hello@miniailabs.in with two or three windows that suit you, in your own time zone, and the team will check whether one of them can work. If you would rather explain the project in writing first, the contact form takes the details, documents and deadlines in one go.
