Delivery
How we work, in four lines
Priced before we start
A free scoping call, then a written proposal with the scope, a fixed price and the timeline. Paid work starts only once you accept it.
The processBuilt on your accounts
Models, telephony, messaging and hosting sit on accounts in your name wherever possible, and anything we pay for you is billed at cost.
Payment termsTry it before the final payment
On build projects you test a working version first, and a 14-day money-back window on our fees starts when it is ready.
The guaranteeFounder-led from call to handover
The person who scopes the system builds it, documents it and hands you admin control of everything in your name.

How to evaluate us
Check us in an afternoon
A small studio should be easy to verify. These five checks take a few hours between them and answer most of what a vendor review asks.
- Look up the GSTIN in the fact sheet on the public GST register and compare the legal name with our terms.
- Read sections two to four of the terms: how proposals, payment and the money-back guarantee work.
- Ask the assistant on this site a hard question about pricing or data handling, and see how it answers and when it offers a person.
- Read the process and one concept build end to end, including the targets and the basis given for each.
- Bring one real workflow to the scoping call and judge the proposal that follows. It costs nothing to ask for.
What the fact sheet leaves out, on purpose
There is no client list, logo wall, headcount or certificate on this page. Client names need written permission, a founder-led studio has no headcount worth quoting, and we hold no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificate to show. What you can rely on instead is written down: the terms, the published prices, the process with its decision gates, and the legal entity you can look up yourself.
If your review needs something that is not here, such as a data processing agreement, a description of the data flows in your system or answers to a vendor form, ask for it with the scoping call. It is cheaper to find a gap before a proposal than after one.
What to send for a formal review
Send your security questionnaire, vendor form or request for proposal with a short description of the workflow. We answer from our published practices and say plainly where something is outside what we offer.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask about the company
How do we check that MiniAI Labs is a registered business?
Search the GSTIN 33ARRPM6216E1ZS on the public GST register. It shows the legal name Mohamed Raffiq SR, a proprietorship registered in Tamil Nadu, which is the business MiniAI Labs trades under and the one named on your contract and tax invoices.
Is MiniAI Labs a company or one person?
A founder-led studio with a founder (Vijay K) and a co-founder (Karthick S, a DevOps and site reliability engineer), both introduced on the team page. The founder scopes, builds and supports every engagement personally, so there is no hand-off between a sales team and a delivery team. Legally, MiniAI Labs is the trading name of a sole proprietorship registered for GST in India.
Will you sign an NDA before we share details?
Yes, ask for one. Our terms already commit both sides to keep non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the work together, and if you would rather have a signed NDA before the scoping call, we arrange it before you share anything sensitive.
Which law governs a contract with MiniAI Labs?
The laws of India, with the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka for any dispute, as our published terms set out. A proposal or an Enterprise contract can agree something different for that project, and when it does it says so plainly.
Can you complete our vendor onboarding or security questionnaire?
Yes. Send it with your requirements and we answer it as part of scoping. We describe our practices as they are: security-first and HIPAA-aware, without claiming certifications we do not hold, and with a custom SLA available on Enterprise contracts.
Where should a procurement review start on this site?
On this page, then three more: the terms for proposals, payment and the money-back guarantee; the security page for how data and access are handled; and the pricing page for published starting prices and how running costs are billed.
