Why MiniAI Labs
Ten things you can check before you hire us
Every agency says it is different. We would rather you verify it. Each claim below links to the page or the clause of our terms that proves it, followed by what we are not and who should look elsewhere.
What you can verify
Each claim, and where to check it
Check 01
A fixed price, agreed in writing first
Scope, price, timeline and payment schedule are written into a proposal before any paid work starts. New work is quoted separately.
How to check: Read section two of the terms, then ask for a proposal after the free call.
Proof: Terms: proposalsCheck 02
Starting prices are published
Every service has a starting price and a monthly-plan price on the pricing page, and the assistant on this site quotes the same figures.
How to check: Compare the pricing page with what the site assistant tells you when you ask about cost.
Proof: PricingCheck 03
A 14-day money-back window on our fees
Counted from the first working version, with no reason needed. It applies to every project and every new monthly plan.
How to check: Read section four of the terms, including what is and is not refunded.
Proof: Terms: the guaranteeCheck 04
Running costs on your accounts, at cost
Models, telephony, messaging and hosting run on accounts in your name wherever possible. Anything we pay for you is billed with no mark-up.
How to check: Read the third-party costs clause, then check that your proposal lists each running cost and whose account it sits on.
Proof: Terms: pricing and paymentCheck 05
You own what you paid for
Once paid in full, the deliverables we created for you are yours, including the prompts, workflows, configurations and code.
How to check: Read the ownership clause and the handover list on the process page.
Proof: Terms: ownershipCheck 06
No long-term lock-in
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period already paid. Builds end at handover.
How to check: Read the clause on ending an engagement.
Proof: Terms: ending an engagementCheck 07
A registered business you can look up
The legal name, form and GSTIN behind MiniAI Labs are on the company fact sheet and on every tax invoice.
How to check: Search the GSTIN on the public GST register and compare the legal name.
Proof: Company fact sheetCheck 08
Our own systems run on this site
The chat assistant on this site answers from the site’s own content, and its Talk to a human button passes the conversation to us by email.
How to check: Open the chat, ask something awkward about pricing or data, and see how it answers and how the handover works.
Proof: AI chatbotsCheck 09
The method is published
The six-step process, its decision gates and the delivery architecture behind every build are written down in public.
How to check: Read the process and platform pages and hold the proposal you receive against them.
Proof: ProcessCheck 10
Examples are labelled for what they are
Worked examples carry a Concept build label, demo panels carry Sample data, and planning numbers are shown as typical targets with their basis.
How to check: Open any concept build and look for the label, the stated basis and what a real project would add.

Plainly stated
What we are not
- Not a software product
- There is no sign-up, trial or platform fee. Each system is built for one client and runs on that client’s accounts.
- Not certified
- We do not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, and we do not claim HIPAA compliance. We build HIPAA-aware and security-first, and say so in questionnaires. The request-for-proposal page answers the certification question in full.
- Not an availability promise
- We publish no uptime figure. Enterprise builds can have a custom SLA agreed in the contract.
- Not a large agency
- There is no account manager or bench of juniors. The founder scopes, builds and supports every engagement.
- Not an hourly shop
- Builds have a fixed price and monthly plans a fixed fee. Nothing is billed by the hour.
Who we are a poor fit for
If one of these is a hard requirement, another vendor will serve you better, and we will tell you so on the call.
- You need a staffed support desk around the clock with response times written into the contract today.
- Your procurement rules require every vendor to hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, with no exceptions.
- You want a large team on site, or several people working in parallel from the first week.
- You are looking for a packaged product with a self-serve trial rather than a system built around your workflow.
- You want guaranteed business outcomes, such as a fixed share of tickets resolved, written into the price.

Questions to ask any AI vendor
Who will actually build it?
The people on the sales call are not always the people who write the code.
Whose accounts will it run on?
Systems on the vendor’s accounts are hard to leave and hide the real running costs.
What happens when the model is unsure?
A good system asks a clarifying question or hands over to a person instead of guessing.
How are changes priced?
An open-ended hourly rate turns every new idea into a budget conversation.
What do we own at the end?
Prompts, workflows and code you do not own are a dependency, not an asset.
Can we try it before the final payment?
Paying in full before seeing it work puts all the risk on you.
FAQ
Questions about choosing us
What actually makes MiniAI Labs different from other AI agencies?
Nothing we ask you to take on trust. The differences are things you can check before the first call: a fixed price in writing, published starting prices, a 14-day money-back window on our fees, running costs on accounts in your name, and our own systems running on this site.
Why should we trust a small studio with a production system?
Because the risk is designed down rather than talked away. You test a working version before the final payment, the system lives on your accounts with documentation, and the code, prompts and workflows are yours once paid, so you are never dependent on our continued involvement.
Why are there no client logos or testimonials on the site?
We publish only what you can verify, and client names need written permission we would rather ask for than assume. In their place you will find concept builds clearly labelled as concepts, our own systems running here, and terms that put the risk on our side.
When would another vendor suit us better?
When you need a staffed round-the-clock support desk, a certified vendor as a hard procurement rule, a large on-site team or a self-serve software product. We would rather say that on the first call than discover it halfway through a build.
How do we compare your proposal with one from another vendor?
Ask every vendor the same questions: who builds it, whose accounts it runs on, what happens when the model is unsure, how changes are priced, what you own at the end and whether you can try it before paying in full. Comparing those answers says more than comparing day rates.
What if the first working version is not what we expected?
Tell us what falls short. We may offer to put it right, but the choice is yours: within 14 days of the first working version you can claim a full refund of the fees you paid us, without giving a reason.
