Wherever possible these run on accounts in your name, so you pay the provider directly. If we pay any of them for you, we bill them at cost with no mark-up. Your proposal estimates them for your expected volume.
How payment and the guarantee work

Every project starts with a proposal that fixes the scope, price, timeline and payment schedule. The scoping call is free and commits you to nothing.
See it working before you pay in full
On build projects you try a working version, such as a demo, test calls or a pipeline run on your data, before the final payment is due. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, claim a full refund of the fees you paid us within 14 days of receiving the first working version. Third-party costs paid on your behalf are not refundable.

Are the prices on this page what my project will cost?
They are starting prices for typical scopes. Your price is the one in the written proposal we send after a free scoping call, and paid work starts only once you accept it.
Should I start on Starter or on Growth?
Starter fits one clearly defined build, such as a single-channel chatbot or one call flow, delivered once with 30 days of support. Growth fits several connected systems that need monthly optimization and priority support.
What does the monthly Growth fee pay for?
Ongoing work rather than a one-off delivery: chatbots, workflows and integrations scoped upfront, monthly optimization, priority support and custom AI model training. White-label delivery is available on this plan.
Why are AI usage, telephony and hosting billed separately?
Other companies charge for them, and the amount rises and falls with your usage. Wherever possible they run on accounts in your name; if we pay any of them for you, we pass them on at cost with no mark-up.
Do you bill by the hour, and what if the scope grows?
There is no hourly billing: builds have a fixed price for the agreed scope and monthly plans a fixed fee. Extra channels, integrations or features are quoted separately and start only after you agree in writing.
How does the money-back guarantee work on a monthly plan?
Claim within 14 days of the first working version delivered under the plan and we refund the plan fees paid so far, usually the first month. The guarantee does not cover later months or restart on renewal, but you can cancel at any time.
Which currency will my quote be in?
Quotes are usually in US dollars, the currency used on this page, while clients in India are quoted in Indian rupees. Taxes such as GST are added where the law requires them.
How is Enterprise pricing worked out?
It is quoted per project after a free scoping call, since it usually involves custom models, several connected systems, on-premise deployment or a custom SLA. Payments can follow milestones, and the 14-day guarantee then runs from the first working milestone.
